The Wagner Wellness Van will be on-site at the Atlantic Club every other Wednesday from 11am – 2pm.
Peninsula Regional Medical Center, Atlantic General Hospital, and McCready Health have partnered to offer FREE non-emergency medical care for qualified residents of Worcester, Wicomico and Somerset counties.
The Wagner Wellness Van is staffed with a Certified Nurse Practitioner (CRNP), Registered Nurse and a Medical Assistant to provide the following services:
* Medical Appointment with a CRNP
* Health screenings for blood pressure and pre-diabetes
* Chronic disease prevention education
* Smoking Cessations
* Assistance with connecting to an insurance counselor, a primary care provider, and various community services.
